Kanazawa Dondoyaki festival

Unlike the small local one we visited last year, this year we went to the Dondoyaki festival in Kanazawa-bunko to see the big bonfire where all the new years decorations are burnt. We also got some good festival foods and enjoyed the beach a little while we were there.

  1. How long does it take to get to Kanazawa and what method is used. It seems quite far, like 500 km on the other side of Honshu.
