Doyoushinohi 2005
On July 28th it was again ‘Doyoushinohi’ or ‘Unagi day’ or ‘Eel day’. I learned about this holiday last year and had been looking forward to this day all month. But unlike last time I did it correctly this year and went to a really nice and delicious unagi restaurant with a co-worker for lunch before going to work.

Finally! Unagi. It looks so good.
It was delicious. We ate every last bit.
